(It hasn't been working for a little while, but I just got around to making a journal entry about it :B)
BulletShop, my popular tool to create images out of dA's bullet emoticons for use in journals and custom userpage modules will no longer be updated. Due to a change on deviantART a few weeks ago there's a new limit on the number of emoticons you can post in one go, which means the code produced by BulletShop no longer works and can't be made to work.
